What full planning includes
Everything — from the first meeting to the last guest leaving the venue. The venue, the vendors, the contracts, the decor, the timeline, the technical side, the logistics, coordination on the day and every negotiation are on us. Your part is to make decisions and enjoy the process.
How you propose vendors
We work with a team of partners we trust, and we never hand over a list to choose from — we propose the people who actually fit your format and budget. If you want someone specific from outside, we discuss it and fit them into the plan. We are never against new vendors, but before proposing one we assess the risks of that particular professional ourselves.
How often we will be in touch
Regularly, without a formal «once a week on schedule». We deliberately take a limited number of projects so that every couple gets a lot of attention and we stay involved in every detail.
During the active stages we are in touch as questions and decisions come up — usually several times a week; closer to the date the frequency grows naturally.
The forecast promised zero
That is how long it took to rebuild the venue under a roof — as if it had always been the plan.
Every event gets a plan B. Not out of pessimism: a 0% forecast guarantees nothing, and a planner is your insurance against the force majeure that «never happens».
