An event whereyou recognize yourself

In Georgian, kai means “good”. For us that is not a pretty word but a working criterion: the estimate carries even the smallest lines, the contract states what is not included, and if an idea will not work we say so before the booking, not after.

We live in Georgia and know which local teams can be trusted. Venue, vendors, contracts and timing are on us — you simply live your day, happily, without thinking about the logistics.

How we work

and what is counted at each: an itemized budget, sunset-based timing, ten questions before the contract and a plan B for weather.

In a season we take on as many events as we can run ourselves — from the first meeting to the last guest. That is how we answer for every detail rather than for a schedule.

  1. 01

    A limited season

Every couple has our attention and our phone number on any day of the preparation. Not a place in a queue.

  2. 02

    Always in touch

We answer the same day — before the booking, after it and the week before the date. On the day itself we are on site: the vendors are controlled and you are a guest at your own celebration.

  3. 03

    A concept, not a package

We are against template solutions: an event is not assembled from ready-made sets. The concept is written for this particular couple — and if an idea will not work, we say so before the booking, not after.

how we work

Five steps, and what is counted at each

  1. Getting to know you

Write to us or fill in the form — we come back with a ready estimate. The first conversation is about you, not about our packages.

  2. Choosing the venue

The venue follows the script of the day, not the other way round. Before booking it goes through our protocol.

  3. Estimate & contract

The estimate is built line by line — you see what each buys. The contract fixes the scope and what is not included.

  4. Booking & prep

Venue and vendors are locked to your date — prices do not move after that. The timeline is counted from sunset; plan B covers the weather.

  5. The day

The team is on site, the vendors are controlled, and you are a guest at your own celebration.

Step 4 · Booking & prep

When to set the ceremony

The timeline is built from what you want and from good light.

Ceremony18:36
The window for the ceremony17:0619:36Golden hour19:3620:36

On 15 June the light in Tbilisi holds until 20:36, so getting ready starts at 15:063 h 5 m later than on 15 December. Everything else moves by exactly the same amount.

18:36 · Ceremony

We never set a ceremony with the sun at its peak. The best time is when the sun starts to go down; the exact hour depends on the venue and the running order.

Reviews

«Очень классное агентство. Команда реализовала для нас очень сложный и корпоративный проект в Тбилиси и Кахетии. В Грузии многое строится на личных связях, а у них они очень большие. Приятно, что на все вопросы всегда был четкий и профессиональный ответ.»
