Venue and logistics
We know Georgian venues from the inside: where the sunset lands, where a guest coach will not fit, which road stalls in season. The location follows the script, not the other way round.
- Location matched to the format
- The getting-ready hotel: light, space, drive, early check-in
- Permits and approvals
- Transfers between regions
- Guest accommodation and movement timing

Answered up front
What if we only visit once before the wedding
One visit is enough. Ideally you come during the preparation, see the venue with your own eyes, choose the cake filling and do a trial look with the stylist. But that does not work out for everyone, and that is fine too. We build the process so that by the time you arrive before the wedding every key decision is already final.
How to plan remotely
Most of our couples do not live in Georgia, so remote planning is our normal mode, not an exception. A shared online folder, video calls, photos and video from the venues, documents and estimates — in whatever format suits you. Coming to Georgia in advance is desirable but not required.
Do you help foreign guests with visas, transfers and accommodation
Yes, but within wedding logistics — we are not a travel agency. The concierge side covers the wedding and what surrounds it: help with the airport transfer, a hotel recommendation for your budget and location, a stylist appointment on the day. Visas and air tickets are not our area, but we can point you in the right direction.
What we check before booking
What we check before booking. Seven points in walking order: arrive, feed, listen, write it down, switch on, light, shelter.

Tell us about your day
The first consultation is free: we go through the format, the venues and the order of numbers — and say honestly if an idea will not work.
